Return Policy

1. Overview

At Anime Trendz, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. You can return products within 14 days of purchase for any reason. To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below.

2. Initiating a Return  

Proof of Purchase: Provide your order confirmation number as proof of purchase.
Reason for Return: Include a detailed reason for your return request.
Contact Member Services: Log into your Anime Trendz account and create a Support Ticket: Support Ticket.

3. Return Conditions  

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original product packaging with all identifying information intact.

Condition: Products must show no visible signs of wear or use.
Ineligible Items: Clearance items, digital goods (memberships, gift cards), Mystery Bundles, Blind Boxes, snacks, and drinks are not eligible for returns.

4. Return Shipping  

Prepaid Return Label: A prepaid return label will only be provided if you received a wrong or damaged item.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return was due to our error.

5. Refund Process  

Timing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing your return.
Cancellation: Orders can be canceled for an immediate refund if not yet processed for shipment; otherwise, the package must be returned first for a refund.
Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

6. Apparel Exchanges

We do not facilitate exchanges for apparel. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size.
