Introduction:

This Membership Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing membership with Anime Trendz. By joining, members agree to abide by these guidelines.

Eligibility​

​

Membership at Anime Trendz is open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements. The criteria include:

Geographic Location: Membership is available to any U.S. citizen residing in the continental United States. 

​

Age Restrictions: Due to the graphic nature of some Japanese anime, only individuals aged 16 or older may enroll. However, children under this age may subscribe with adult supervision. Access to certain groups, forums, channels, and specific manga groups will be restricted for younger members unless accompanied by a parent or an adult over the age of 18.

Membership Categories

There are four primary types of memberships, along with one combo membership.​

Standard Memberships Benefits & Perks: ​

Supporter Membership:  This is free and allows basic access to the site and immediate access to certain groups, forums, channels, etc. Does not include any active incentives. However, limited discounts are available for some merch or events. 

Benefactor Membership: The cost is $29.99 and allows immediate access to various features of the site, including groups, forums, blogs, news, channels, and free movie tickets to an anime movie. This offer includes popcorn and drinks but does not include hot food. First-time members will receive one free snack box and one free swag box as part of their incentives. Discounts on certain products are included, and discounts on events as well.

Premium Membership Benefits & Perks: 

Luminary Membership: The cost is $99.99 and includes all standard membership benefits plus free Comic Con tickets, free Comic-Con passes, free incentives such as Swag boxes, Blind boxes, and Snack boxes, access to exclusive events, and free shipping on all merch.  

Pioneer Membership: The cost is $49.99 and includes all standard membership benefits plus free Comic Con tickets, free incentives such as Swag boxes, Blind boxes, Snack boxes, access to exclusive events, and free shipping on all merch.

Membership Rights and Responsibilities

​

Code of Conduct: Adhere to the organization's Code of Conduct, including respectful behavior towards other members and staff.
Privacy Policy: Agree to the organization's Privacy Policy regarding personal information.
Notification of Changes: Keep the organization updated on any changes to contact information.

Member Responsibility: Members are requested to attend all full membership meetings as often as possible.

Polls & Votes: Regardless of the type of membership, each person is afforded one vote.

Networking Opportunities: Participate in networking events and connect with other members.
Online Platform: Access to exclusive online member forums and resources.
Discounts: Potential discounts on [merch, specialized events, collections, etc].

​Membership Fees

Payment Options: Membership fees can be paid via [all major credit or debit cards, or pay slips].

Renewal: Membership automatically renews monthly unless you cancel before the renewal date.

 

Termination of Membership

Voluntary Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Non-Payment: Failure to pay membership fees may result in membership suspension or termination.
Code of Conduct Violation:The organization may terminate membership if a member violates the Code of Conduct.

Amendments: The organization reserves the right to amend this Membership Policy at any time with reasonable notice to members.
