Snack Box, Swag Box, & Blind Box Policies

Purpose

To outline the guidelines for distributing member swag boxes, blind boxes, and snack boxes ensuring equitable access to branded merchandise, and promoting positive brand association among our members.

Eligibility

All active members in good standing with Anime Trendz are eligible to receive a swag box, blind box, and snack box.
Membership tiers may determine the frequency and content of swag boxes, blind boxes, and snack boxes received.

Distribution

Swag boxes, blind boxes, and snack boxes will be distributed quarterly and annually to eligible members.
Delivery will be made via delivery. 
Members must update their contact information to ensure timely delivery.

Content

Swag boxes, blind boxes, and snack boxes will include a variety of branded items such as:
Apparel (t-shirts, hats, jackets) [depending on membership level]
Accessories (keychains, stickers, water bottles)
Office supplies (notepads, pens)
Exclusive member items (limited edition merchandise, event tickets)

Restrictions

Swag boxes, blind boxes, and snack boxes are for personal use only and may not be sold or redistributed.
Members are prohibited from altering or defacing branded items.

Feedback and Suggestions

Members are encouraged to provide feedback on swag box content through [designated feedback channel, e.g., survey, email].
Anime Trendz reserves the right to modify the swag boxes, blind boxes, and snack boxes program based on feedback and availability of items.

Confidentiality

Member information used to distribute swag boxes will be treated with confidentiality by our privacy policy.
