1. Ticket Sales  

Availability: Tickets are available for purchase on our website and through designated sales channels. Tickets are subject to availability.

Pricing: Ticket prices will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are subject to change, and any applicable taxes and fees will be added at checkout.

Payment: All ticket purchases must be completed with a valid payment method. Only confirmed transactions will generate a ticket, and no holds or reservations are permitted.

2. Ticket Types  

General Admission: Standard tickets granting access to events.

VIP Tickets: Includes additional perks such as priority access, exclusive merchandise, or meet-and-greet opportunities.

3. Order Confirmation and Ticket Delivery  

Confirmation: An email confirmation will be sent automatically upon successful completion of your ticket purchase. Review the details for accuracy.

Ticket Delivery: Tickets will be provided in electronic format (e-ticket). Customers should ensure they can access their email to retrieve tickets prior to the event.

4. Event Attendance  

Entry Requirements: Attendees must present their e-ticket along with valid identification at the entrance. The name on the ticket should match the identification provided.

Age Restrictions: Some events may have specific age restrictions. This will be clearly indicated at the point of sale and in event promotional materials.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy  

Event Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be refunded in full or exchanged for a future event, at the discretion of Anime Trendz.

Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the event date. Requests can be made through our Support Ticket system.

Non-Refundable Situations: Once an event takes place, tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Transfer of Tickets: Tickets cannot be transferred unless specified to do so. 

6. Code of Conduct  

Behavior: Attendees are expected to maintain respectful conduct throughout the event. Offensive behavior, harassment, or any form of disruption may result in expulsion without refund.

Photography and Recording: Photography and video recording policies will vary by event and will be indicated prior to the event. Always seek permission if unsure.

7. Changes to Events  

Schedule Changes: Anime Trendz reserves the right to change the date, time, or location of events. Ticket holders will be notified immediately of any significant changes.

Event Modifications: Changes to event programming, such as guest appearances, may occur and are not grounds for ticket refunds.
