  • How do I verify my email address?
    When signing up to Anime Trendz, you’ll need to verify the email address linked to your account. Email verification helps to keep your account updated and will let you rate, like, and comment on your favorite groups.
  • How do I change my email address?

  • Why am I having issues logging in?
    There are several reasons why you may not be able to log in.     If you do not have access to the email address on file, you will need to request an email change. If after this, you are still seeing an alert indicating you need to verify the email, you can request a new verification, however, if the message doesn’t appear on your account, the account has already been verified.   • How do I change my username?

    In this article, we will guide you on how to reset your password if you are having issues doing so: Go to login, click on login, login with email, and click on the forgot password link. Type in the email address associated with your account Locate the email. Be sure to check your regular mailbox and Spam. Type in the new password Click on RESET PASSWORD On the mobile app (Android and iOS) Go to login, click on login, then login with email, and click on the forgot password link. Enter the email address associated with your account and tap SEND RESET LINK. Locate the email. Be sure to check your regular mailbox and Spam.     Deletion must be processed through our mighty Support Team by submitting a request to safeguard your account which is our top priority! Before proceeding with the deletion process, let’s confirm the following steps: Ensure your account is free from any lingering active premium subscriptions. If any lurk, you can cancel them by following the steps provided in the FAQ's memberships category. To verify the ownership of your account, please submit your deletion request using the very email tied to your account. If you are unable to access your email account, we strongly recommend seeking aid from your email provider for assistance in recovering it. *Once you have verified the necessary information, please proceed to submit a request to us so we can further assist you. Once your deletion request is submitted, patience is key, as it will take some time to take effect and you may receive an email with additional steps. Cancel your account before you delete your account. If you delete your account with an active membership, the subscription will not be canceled and the charges will continue.*
  • What do I do if someone else has logged into my account?
    f you suspect suspicious activity on your account or feel that someone has logged in and made some changes. Please contact Anime Trendz immediately and submit a support ticket: https://www.animetrendzz.com/support-ticket If you can log in to your account cancel everything or use a different email that is not compromised and change your password. ONLY do this after taking the necessary steps provided by the support team. Please allow 24 hrs for immediate assistance.
  • What do I do if someone changes my email address?

  • How can someone get access to my account? How do I prevent this from happening?
    Most commonly accounts are compromised because the same password is being used on multiple sites. Once there has been a data breach on one site and the password information is leaked, fraudsters will then try that email/password combination on many other sites. A good resource to be aware of is haveibeenpwned.com. This site will list many publicly known data breaches and let you know if your email address was part of any of them. If you would like to do your best to prevent your account from being taken over please make sure to at least do the following: 1) Create a password that is both strong and unique. 2) If you log in (to any site) using a public computer/device, make sure to log out afterward. 3) Do not give out your password.   • Why was I charged a credit card authorization?
    During the purchase process, a temporary authorization charge may be applied to your card, but rest assured that it will disappear within a few days.

  • How do I change my membership plan?
    Cancel your current plan and choose the new plan you wish to purchase. Before moving on, please keep in mind that the availability of different membership plans may vary depending on your location and the specific offerings of our services.
  • How do I upgrade my membership?
    Please note that these steps are only applicable to monthly plans. If you have a 3-month or yearly plan, please get in touch with our member services team. Go to My Account → Subscriptions Click on the Membership you desire and move to the next step. Choose your Payment method  to complete the upgrade. Note: Please confirm your eligibility to upgrade the plan and the payment required.
  • How long does the free trial last?
    When you sign up for the Anime Trendz free trial, you are granted 14 days or 7 days to explore the features and benefits without any charges. During the 14-day free trial, you can: Have unlimited access to the Forum and Groups in Anime Trendz Access to digital material when available Access to snack boxes, swag boxes, and blind boxes, depending on your membership tier Free shipping to certain orders Free tickets to comic cons and much more depending on your tier Watch content when available At the end of the 14-day or 7-day free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Please follow the steps to cancel the automatic renewal according to your payment method: You can easily cancel your subscription at any time. You can do it online, any time of day, with no cancellation fees! Just a couple of reminders: There are no refunds for partial subscriptions. Not using the account does not change the trial conditions stated at sign-up. With a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends, to avoid being charged. If you cancel the automatic renewal before the free trial ends, you will still have the remaining days left on your subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the renewal date You cannot cancel through the app. You must cancel through the website.
  • What if I don’t currently have an Anime Trendz paid membership?
    You can redeem the card even if you aren’t a member. You will just need to set up a new account. New subscribers redeeming a gift will not be asked for a payment method, but your subscription will expire at the end of the gift period. If you want to continue with your membership, you can add a payment method by going to your profile → settings → ADD NEW CARD. Once the card is added you can use it at the check out.
  • Is it possible to purchase a membership as a gift for someone?
    You can purchase a membership as a gift for a friend, family member, or someone special! We can't think of a better present—it's ideal for birthdays, special occasions, or even as a way to introduce someone to anime for the first time! ☆⌒(ゝ。∂) Before purchasing a membership to gift to someone, please note the following: The membership details will be sent to you through email. You may then forward the gift membership details to your recipient. (Note: please make sure the recipient has an account with us already before completing any gift memberships, an account with user name, email, address, and phone number). the membership can only be redeemed in the country in which they were purchased. Gift memberships are a one-time purchase and do not involve recurring subscriptions. To avoid any possible subscription hiccups, notify your recipient that subscription renewal after the gift trial expires is necessary to keep their membership!   • What's your return policy?
    If you want to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help with no hassle! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, the customer must provide proof of purchase and a detailed reason for the request. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method if the product did not meet your expectations. The refund will be processed back to its original form of payment within 5-10 business days. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must include identifying information and be returned in the original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. The shipping cost will only be refunded if you were sent a wrong or damaged item. A prepaid return label will only be provided if the wrong item was sent or damaged in transit. We do not process apparel exchanges. If the item you purchased doesn't fit, please return it for a refund. You may then place a new order for your desired size.   • How do I return a product?
    Log in to your Anime Trendz account and contact our Member Services Team by creating a Support Ticket: https://www.animetrendzz.com/support-ticket Provide as much information as possible about the products you wish to return or exchange from your order. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email or wait for the label to be delivered to your desired address. Please note that a prepaid return label will only be provided if the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged in transit. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
  • What products are excluded from the return policy?
    Digital goods such as memberships and gift cards cannot be refunded. If there are any issues downloading the product or redeeming your license key, please contact support: https://www.animetrendzz.com/support-ticket Mystery Bundles, Blind Boxes, and Blind Box Bargain Items are also not refundable. Please note that if you order multiple Mystery Bundles / Blind Boxes / Blind Box Bargain Items, you may receive duplicates. Clearance / final sale items are not eligible for returns. Snacks and drinks are not refundable.
  • What's your refund policy?
    After an order is canceled or a return is processed, your refund will be issued to its original form of payment. Upon completion of your return, a refund will be processed within 1-5 business days. We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued. A full refund will be issued even if an Anime Trendz Store Digital Gift Card was used as full or partial payment on the order. An order can be canceled and immediately refunded if the package has not yet begun processing for shipment. Once a package begins processing for shipment, it will have to be delivered to its destination and returned to Anime Trendz before a refund can be issued.   • My product has a defect / missing parts. What do I do?
    Contact us directly by requesting a support ticket: https://www.animetrendzz.com/support-ticket please provide a picture of the defect and an explanation of the defect as well. Please note this picture and explanation must be provided the day the items were received or the day after. Anime Trendz will not look at defective items that are more than two days old. Unless you have extenuating circumstances that prohibit you from doing so, an explanation must be provided as to why you were not able to send us proof within these two days. It will be up to Anime Trendz to decide if a refund or reshipment will be issued.
  • My product arrived damaged! What should I do?
    We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged item - especially an item you have waited months for! Unfortunately, mistakes happen, and products may get damaged during transit. In the event that this happens, please contact us with pictures of the damaged item using the support ticket feature: https://www.animetrendzz.com/support-ticket and we will replace it or issue a partial or full refund. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority!
  • What is your delayed item policy?
    Pre-order dates may change due to reasons beyond our control. If the pre-order date changes, we will update the product listing and do our best to notify all customers affected by the change. We also set up a monthly delayed items list, where you can see all the pre-orders that have been delayed and state the new estimated ship date.
  • How many units can I buy?
    Customers may purchase up to 2 units of a specific item.
  • The release date on the product page has passed, and I am still waiting to receive my product! What happened?
    Our warehouse may take 3-5 days to pack and ship your order. If it has been more than 7 days since the release date, please contact us, and we will reach out to the vendor to determine the status of the product.
  • Can you gift-wrap my order?
    Unfortunately, we don't offer any gift-wrapping services.
  • Are pre-order release dates accurate?
    We are in constant contact with our vendors to ensure that each release date is as accurate as possible. However, the dates listed are only an estimate. As such, the date may change due to reasons beyond our control. If the pre-order date does change, we will update the product listing and will do our best to notify all customers affected by the change. We also set up a monthly delayed items list where you can see all the pre-orders that have been delayed and state the new estimated ship date.
  • The pre-order window has closed. Can I still purchase it?
    We may have additional units available for purchase once the product is released. You can enter your email on the product page to be notified if / when units become available.
  • Why did a pre-order item close early?
    In rare instances, we'll close pre-orders early because of vendor requests, or if we sell out of the item before the cut-off date.
  • What payment methods can I use for pre-orders?
    We currently only accept credit cards and Anime Trendz Gift Cards as forms of payment for pre-order items. Other payment methods, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Sezzle, are only available for in-stock items.
  • When will you charge my credit card for pre-orders?
    Your credit card will be charged when your order is being prepared for shipment in our warehouse. At the time of purchase, an authorization charge may be placed on your card. This is temporary and will disappear in a few days.
  • Can I cancel my pre-order?
    Yes, but it depends on the status. If the item has not yet shipped, please contact us, and we will cancel your pre-order and issue a full refund. If your pre-order has been shipped or is in the shipping process we cannot cancel it, but you may contact customer service to start the return process.
  • What happens if my order contains multiple pre-order products?
    Orders containing multiple pre-order products will be shipped separately according to the estimated pre-order date. If you order multiple pre-order items with the same estimated release date, they will be shipped together in one package. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each shipment.
  • My pre-order was canceled. What happened?
    We strive to complete each order to the best of our ability, but occasionally circumstances arise that prevent us from fulfilling it. These factors may encompass quantity restrictions, errors from the manufacturer, incorrect pricing, or instances of fraud. If an order is unable to be processed, you will receive an email notification detailing the reason for cancellation.
  • Why won’t my discount code or Premium Membership discount apply to the Manga Artist Corner?
    The Manga Artist Corner discount code is only available to Luminary Members. If you are a Luminary, please be sure to log into your account on the Anime Trendz Store before entering the discount code at checkout.
  • Where do I enter my Manga Artists Corner discount code?
    Enter your code in the text field that says “Gift card or discount code” at checkout. Be sure to enter this once you’re on the “Shipping” page, after entering your email and shipping address on the “Information” page.
  • Why doesn't my coupon code work?
    Coupon codes and Premium Membership benefit codes have the following exclusions: All items on sale Membership Cards Gift Cards If your order doesn't contain the above, and you are a new customer, please contact customer service at memberservices@animetrendzz.com.
  • How do I redeem my Anime Trendz gift card?
    You can redeem the Anime Trendz gift card on our website.
  • What if I already have a subscription? Can I use my gift card?
    Yes, you can redeem your gift card if you’re an existing subscriber. However, just a couple of things to note. If your gift card being redeemed is: Higher than your current plan, the benefits start immediately. At your next billing cycle, you will be prorated for the amount remaining in the billing cycle the gift card doesn't cover. The same, your next bill will be prorated for the amount of time not covered by the gift card. Lower than your current plan, the gift is applied after your current plan expires or is canceled by you.
  • Can I redeem an Anime Trendz gift card purchased in a different country?
    No, gift cards can only be redeemed in the same country in which they were purchased.
  • Why am I still being billed after canceling?
    I canceled, but I'm still being billed. It's possible that you accidentally created more than one account. If you encounter any other issues, please submit a ticket by clicking the support ticket link below, and we'll be happy to assist you! Here are a few details that you may want to include in your request: Screenshot of the charges Receipt if available The payment method billed Dates and amounts billed The e-mail credentials associated with the subscription If the payment method is a credit card:  Last 4 digits Expiration date  Brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) Billing Zip/Postal Code  You can include this in your request:  Other email addresses that could have been associated
  • What is a preauthorization charge?
    A preauthorization charge is a temporary hold placed on funds in a debit or credit card account. It is a common practice to verify the availability of funds before completing a transaction. The preauthorization hold will usually appear as a pending transaction on your bank account statement, and the funds will be temporarily unavailable for other purchases or withdrawals until the hold is released.  Please keep in mind that this is an automated transaction, and we have no way to manually control it. If you have a debit card, the charge should fall off within 8-14 business days, if you have a credit card it may take up to thirty days depending on the issuing bank. The preauthorization charge is typically $1.00 or the price of the subscription plan you are trying to get. This is how the preauthorization charge could be shown on your bank statement; this can change according to your payment method:
  • Can I change my billing date?
    We understand that you may have specific preferences regarding your billing date, the only way to change your billing date is by canceling your existing subscription and initiating a new one on the desired date.  Before proceeding with the cancellation, please keep in mind that our subscription services are billed on a 30-day billing cycle (or 90 days, 360 days) and not a ‘fixed’ date. The billing date can fluctuate, as some months have more/less than 30 days. This can result in changes to your billing date. Cancel your subscription by following the steps of our guide here:  Login to your account, go to your profile look for the tab that says subscriptions, click on the cancel subscription button, and your subscriptions should be canceled. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period. Once your account is free, resubscribe on the desired billing date.
  • I received an unknown charge for this service, what should I do?
    If you have received charges from our service that you do not recognize, make sure to ask if anyone in your household has signed up for it. If no sign-ups have been made in your household, please contact our Support Team here: https://www.animetrendzz.com/support-ticket If you are being billed through Credit Card: A screenshot of the charge Your full name as it appears on your card The dates of the charges The amount of the charges The brand (e.g. Visa or MasterCard...)   • How do I remove my credit card?
    First, make sure you are logged in to your account. Go to My Account > My Wallet. Select  Remove card on the card you wish to delete.
  • What should I do if I have not received my refund?
    We understand anime fans—waiting for refunds can be frustrating! If you aren’t sure what the next steps are after you’ve anticipated a refund that hasn’t yet arrived, we encourage you to keep a few key pieces of information in mind: If you have paid with a credit card, it can take up to 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund. If you have paid with PayPal, your refund can take up to 30 days to reflect. If the estimated time has passed, and you have not received the refund, don’t worry! We’re always here to help.   • Do you offer other payment methods?
    Yes. The following payment methods we offer are Paypal, Cash App, all major credit cards or debit cards, and Afterpay. If you wish to make a payment using a payment account not typically offered, please submit a request to see if other options are available.
  • Do you ship outside the United States?
    No-We currently, do not ship internationally. We are diligently working on this concern. So please check back with us for updates.
  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?
    Yes! Just make sure that the PO Box number is listed.
  • How do I change my shipping address?
    If you need to change your address for a pre-order that has not yet shipped, please contact our member services team. Changing your address under "My Account" will not change the address attached to your pre-order; it will only affect future orders.   • What happens if my package is lost in transit?
    If a package is shown as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier and then notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. If it is determined that the package is lost due to misdelivery by the carrier, we will replace your order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the package is lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address. All customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us, you will pay an additional shipping fee for the package to be sent out again. If you find that your shipping address is incorrect or has changed since you last placed your order, please notify us with the order number and address by using this link: https://www.animetrendzz.com/support-ticket, please put Issue as E-commerce and then Problem Type E-commerce- Change shipping address.
  • When will my order ship?
    Your order will be processed during normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). If an item is in stock, your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. The delivery time after processing will vary based on the shipping address. Currently, delivery times vary between 2 to 15 business days within the United States. If an item is a pre-order, the pre-order will ship when it's in stock. If you order multiple pre-orders with the same release date, the order will be shipped once all items are in stock. Once an item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. In special circumstances, tracking numbers may not be available.
  • Will I receive my order in multiple packages?
    It depends: If you purchase a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, you will be sent multiple shipments. If you purchase pre-orders with the same pre-order release date, you will be sent one shipment. If you purchase in-stock items that are shipped from different warehouses, you will be sent multiple shipments.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We charge a $14 flat rate for orders shipped within the US. Shipping within the US is free for orders over $150. We have different shipping rates for different membership tiers. Here is a breakdown of orders within the US: Supporter Members or no account: $14 flat rate. A discount is added for orders over $150 Benefactor Members: $14 flat rate. Free for orders over $150 Pioneer Members: $14 flat rate. Free for orders over $150 Luminary: Free
  • How do I get free shipping?
    For shipping within the continental United States, orders must total at least $150 before taxes, and digital membership purchases are excluded from the total.   • How are shipping prices calculated?
    The cost of shipping can vary by shipping destination and depending on your membership tiers. If you're a member, please refer to the question: "How much does shipping cost?" for a detailed cost breakdown. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. You may add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address to see the shipping cost for your order.
  • Where is my package?
    If your package has shipped out, you should have received an e-mail notification from no-reply@animetrendzz.com with your order number and tracking. Check your Spam folder if you believe your item has shipped but did not get a notification.
  • When will my package ship?
    Please log into your account: Click on the drop-down menu on your profile at the top right side of the screen and select 'My Orders.' Select the order number for the item/s you are inquiring about to check the estimated ship date. When your package ships, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
  • What is the Anime Trendz Swag Box?
    If you are a Luminary Member, you have the chance to grab our exclusive Anime Trendz Swag Box, an anime assortment box full of series-based items to collect, and much more. Swag Boxes are subject to availability. If your chosen Swag Box option is unavailable, don’t worry – we’ll hook you up with an alternate reward.
  • How do I redeem the Swag Box?
    I have paid for a Luminary membership for 12 months but have not received the Swag Box. Hey there, awesome Anime Trendz fans! Thanks for sticking with us as Luminary members for a whole year! Your dedication will be rewarded with a special email containing your redemption code. We sent this email at the beginning of the next quarter after you reached the 12 consecutive Luminary member month in the following way: From January 1st to March 31st, the code should be sent in April. From April 1st to June 30th, the code should be sent in July. From July 1st to September 30th, the code should be sent in October.     A Japanese snack box is a monthly subscription service that delivers authentic Japanese snacks, sweets, and tea to your door. At Anime Trendz, we offer Tokyo Tastebudz, our personalized Japanese-inspired treats, and snacks in a box, with either a subscription or a one-time purchase. If you are a Luminary member or Pioneer member, you automatically receive a snack box for free.

  • What is an Anime Trendz Blind Box?
    A blind box is a mystery purchase where the buyer doesn't know what's inside until after they open it. Blind boxes are a popular marketing strategy that involves selling a series of products with a theme, like a character from a well-known media franchise, and then randomly giving one of those products to the buyer. At Anime Trendz, you can purchase a blind box or redeem it as a part of your Luminary or Pioneer memberships.
